Story of the Week Oct 11 -15
This weeks story of the week is Tomas and the Library Lady. This weeks comprehension skill is sequence of events; the stratey focus is predicting. We will also continue working with determining the main idea and supporting details.
Hy mrs.Bridges,remember mrs.Dunbar asked for the main idea of the story well............ I have the main idea.The main idea of the story was a thief who was staying at the inn stoled the innkeepers daughter goldenring and they couldnt find out who stole it so the judges gave everybody magic sticks and whoever sticksn would grow two inches longer would be the thief.After the judge collected the the magic sticks somebody had cut their stick 2 inches shorter and it was myas stick.-mikaya
